 What is balanced diet: A balanced diet is a diet that provides the proper amount of nutrients that our body needs. This diet should provide nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, water, etc.

The average person needs about 2,000 calories a day, but this varies depending on age, gender, and level of physical activity. Men need more calories than women. Exercisers need more calories. As well as for pregnant and postpartum women. Those who play well need more carbohydrates. The same goes for those who work out less and sit for longer and need fewer calories and carbohydrates. Growing children need protein, calcium and a variety of vitamins. Girls past teenage need a diet high in iron. Shakes‌ especially for a nutrient, i.e. just for proteins, should not rely on supplements for vitamins. Whenever possible you should have all of these components in place for launch to maximize profits. This requires a balanced diet. Hence a variety of grains, pulses, nuts, vegetables, greens, fruits, milk, dairy products.
